Double Baked Three cheese and chive Souffle Soupe au Pistou
6 Hour French Roasted Local Lamb,marinaded with rosemary,garlic and thyme,served with delicious Boulangere Potatoes(slices of potatoes cooked with stock and herbs finished with the lamb juices)served with seasonal vegetables and a reduction (V)Wild mushroom and tarragon Pithivier served with Boulangere potatoes and seasonal vegetables Chocolate Delice served with a cherry clafoutis icecream
5 th course is French cheese slate with Claires Kitchen homemade chutney.
There will be Christopher Piper wines for sale for this evening.
