VILLAGE AGENT NEWS

There are two new regular drop-in Hubs to let you know about this month where you can pop in and meet the Adult Social Care team for information and advice about support available in your community.  This is a new way of working in West Somerset where you can meet a member of the team direct, no need to book an appointment.  These Hubs will be on the first Tuesday of the month at Becket House, Bridge Street, Williton (10am – 1pm) and on the last Tuesday of the month in The Sanctuary, Watchet  (10am – 1pm).  So if you, a family member or a friend are struggling a little bit why not pop along to see what help is available.

PCSO Linda Brooks will be holding her monthly beat surgery at The Dairy in Timberscombe on 14th July (10:30 – 11:30am), no need to book  just pop along and meet Linda.

Somerset Sight’s Mobile Resource Unit will be at the following locations this month.  They offer a brilliant range of services and equipment for those suffering with impaired vision.

Watchet : Wednesday 6th July 10:30 – 3:30 – Coach Park

Wheddon Cross : Wednesday 13th July 10:30 – 3:30 – Car Park
